Applying for certificates from outside Ginowan City

更新日:2021年10月08日

It is possible to apply for tax certificates by mail.

You must specify the fiscal year that you wish to apply for on your application form.

Definition of fiscal year
Fiscal year Shows income and/or tax information from
2021 January - December 2020
2020 January - December 2019
2019 January - December 2018

We can only issue tax certificates to you only if you were living in Ginowan City as of January 1st of the particular fiscal year that you are applying for.

For example:

  • We cannot issue you a certificate for fiscal year 2021 if you already moved out of Ginowan before January 1st, 2021. You will need to contact the town/city that you were living in as of January 1st, 2021.

In addition, we cannot issue you resident-tax related certificates unless you have filed your taxes. If you would like more information on how to re-file your taxes for previous years, please contact the Tax Affairs Division at 098-893-4443.
